We have business collaborations with the courier companies to ensure the timely and economic delivery of the products we sent to our customers. We deliver to all and any postal address around the world.
We request you to provide us your full street address with pin code/zip code, and, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where they follow five day work culture. But, sometimes we try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick ups on those days.
The shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order. The larger you order, the lower the rate.
Please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct pin code. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listing.
Please be aware that all the shipments to any girl's college/school/hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden refused to accept the package for any reason, we will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall we will attempt re shipment of the same order.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date on the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then we will deliver it at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
We have the options of fastest growing air couriers such as DTDC, PROFESSIONAL, BLUR DART, TNT, speed post as well as shipping options, which is cheaper but slower. On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large.
If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
We deliver all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to consumers. However, if Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any lose. In transit, risk is all ours. But we will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal/courier agency.
We will inform you by an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. These information's will contain the tracking number and courier company's website details along with expected date of delivery.
Tracking numbers for order shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Pleas note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping address, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties. Please make sure your shipping address should correct.
In the event of reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay reshipping charges for the reshipment.
VAT / custom taxes and import duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly to by the buyers. VAT / custom taxes and import duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
International customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
The courier company may also charge some additional charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Your Company Name is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three books weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs 85 for ordering the three books as a single order instead of Rs 142 if he orders them separately.
However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a Pearl Set and Shirts he will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.
The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. The delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to be shipped within India will be = INR 165.
The delivery charge is arrived at by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate. Thus, the delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to USA will be (789+(5*213)) = INR 1854.
