We will never want our customer to be in such situation that they will want to return or exchange our product. Each product that leaves our store for shipping is checked by our quality department. So chances that you receive a product less then perfect will be very rare. However, still if you are not happy due to some unforeseen situation with our product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented solution for the situation.
If you don't like what we sent you, let us know by email, we will try our best to find a solution. If an item you ordered from United Fashion is not up to mark as per your expectation, do write to us and we will happily assist you.
We take sever measures to assure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However there is a remote possibility that :
•  The item may be damaged during carriage.
•  Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was the one which you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us via email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we will give you instruction on how to proceed so that we may provide you the best replacement service as early as possible.
Helpful guidelines on Return :
•  When you have a problem email us instantly
•  If unsatisfied with the Product, the concerned consignee should mail us with in 24 hours from the time of    delivery mentioning the faults clearly.
•  Do not send the item back without consulting us. No credit or replacement shall be given on such item.
•  Be as specific as possible about all problems associated with a single order, as all returned items are examined    for defects / variations.
•  Proof of delivery is required by registered airmail / courier with returned items.
•  The customer is liable to bear the β€œTo & Fro” courier expenses for the returned / cancelled orders.
•  Kindly return the item within 7 working days of confirmation from our end. Be sure that the item should with    original packing & in original condition (kindly no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include    a copy of the invoice you received.
•  We will take immediate steps to prevent such problems after examining the garment u returned.
•  Make sure to send back the item through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and    keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
•  Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale.
Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is triple checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement at our expert's premises. The second check takes place before those products are entered in to our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
United Fashion believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the United Fashion marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.
